@Wooden_street Order 1047031 placed on 6th sep with a promised delivery date of approx 3 weeks. Cut to 5 weeks now, delivery still not done and it shows another 4 weeks for delivery. We are not able to cancel our order and there is no proactive update on this. What is happening?

@WakefitCo thinks customers are fools. Waited for a product for almost a month and still no one in the company is able to give a confirmed delivery date. Is this a joke?

@WakefitCo @WakefitCo Please ensure that whoever is calling has a definite answer about the date of delivery otherwise it is of no use. We have had 2-3 promised delievery dates which have already been missed. Don't want commitments that can't be kept.

@WakefitCo We have ordered a Sofa from you on 5th July with a promised date of 14th July which got shifted to 27th. It is 29th and we are still awaiting the Sofa. This wasn't an experience which we had expected. We will have to escalate to the concerned authorities.
