As the peace agreement was successfully signed in Pretoria, seeing TPLF leaders in the capital city and in the state media, their visits to various gov't institutions, their charges being dropped, and prominent TPLF leaders being released, is tremendously awful news for those who supported the two-year bloody war in the hopes of entirely eliminating TPLF. The news that Tigray region will receive a staggering 13.27 billion Birr budget from the federal government is putting these folks in a rage. Regardless, peace was the only suitable option, and we hope it will endure.
