@AirCanada now waiting 30+ minutes for bags at SFO and baggage services was rude & dismissive when asked for support. This airline has the worst & nonexistent customer service.

@united I was not sent a confirmation when I submitted the delayed bag report. More horrible customer service. All I have is the bag tag number.

@united “As they become available” we need updates NOW. We filed delayed baggage reports. We filed claims. We called your number with no answer. It has been over 5 days and people need their property! United needs to do better in tracking it down and providing information.

@Arteom_Sho @united That wait time is horrible. I filed a complaint with Munich airport who basically told me it’s United’s problem and to rest assured that they’re working on it…right 🙄

@united @Arteom_Sho I was also on UA195 on 12/16, rescheduled to 12/17. Was told my bag would arrive with me in SFO. Nope. Bag is still missing. No help from United. Filed a delayed baggage claim and didn’t even get a confirmation. Worst airline customer service. Where are our bags?!

@united @edgararguellog Same thing happened to me. Was told I would get my bag with a day. It has been 3. I DM’d United like they say in their tweet but they are not at all helpful once it’s a private conversation. Very dismissive in fact. Good luck 🍀

@united UA195 Munich to SFO. Hours stuck on the plane at the gate. Flight gets cancelled. Unable to get checked bags off the plane. Hardly any information has been distributed. Horrible experience.
