@AamAadmiParty @ArvindKejriwal Mr SatyendraJain’s case highlights urgent need to reform laws on bail, to bind judges into rules away from totally blind discretion. Likewise property laws are blind producing perpetual litigation. India can’t grow with its people & property stuck infinitely into litigation

@CAclubindia ICAI must improve certainty of passing final exam once a candidate has been put through articles like all other professions. Reduce entry but improve successful completion. Right now CA course is an extremely risky choice, more than Medical despite there being no reservations

Luckily SC didn't repeat basic failure of trial+high court judges. What if it too got carried away?Justice by chance?
Why mustn't judges be sacked instantly for basic failure when citizens ain't spared of any mistake, even retrospectively?EQUITY before law?@PMOIndia @mphighcourt
