I khalid khan want to complain against LG service and commitment, because I bought LG 43 inch led tv in October 2024 and I found tv remote not working then I complain to dealer and he forwarded my complaint at customer service and RNP number was 250825021007.

he installed a new sensor but since then the TV is not working too.
I am very upset with this unprofessional service and I did not get any benefit of the warranty period.
I am helpless and am raise my voice and hope that you will understand my pain and provide me better service.
