The truth is, your own actions put you in the position where you lost people who genuinely cared for you. @airindia I need to speak with you as you have managed to lose my bag and your customer service has been no help at all. I was on flight AI128 from London and at Heathrow to Mumbai and a connecting flight of AI2581 from Mumbai to Nagpur! I’m not happy 😡
