Dear sir @drmmalda, this is bhagalpur railway station. the escalator on the right side was working, and on the left WAS NOT WORKING.
We had to board Train 13404.
Once again, we had to take all the luggage by hand.This is a repeat issue all the time. @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia
