I am looking to avail a loan for CFA professional exam. There is an enrollment fee of $700 and $450 for each level (3 levels).

I am informed by the branch that as per the bank circular for Baroda Gyan scheme, loan can not be extended for the enrollment fee ($700).

This shall defeat the purpose of taking the loan.
