@docakx Actually you are not supposed to use brush daily as it causes abrasion of enamel and dentin.
Brush your teeth one day with brush and other day with your index finger.

If i stop, then burning sensation is coming back. Its been 3 years iam taking regularly.
Before b12 supplements my vit b12 tests were normal.
After on supplements the tests showing high b12 levels

How long shud i take? Is it safe?
I feel there is some issue with my nervous system.

My friends were diabetic since 15 years and even their hb1ac is not under control inspite.of antidisbetic drugs therapy but they never had these burning sensation in feet problem.
Pls help me

@modernHealthMe Metformin 1000mg+1mg glimepiride in morning and night istamet 500mg plus insulin.
And also he prescribed HCQS 200mg twice daily for 20 days.
My burning sensation in legs disappeared but after 2 months again it started inspite of lower hb1ac and strict sugar control.
Diagnosis?
