@deedydas The margins make sense, but what's the moat? If anyone can rent B300s and serve the same open models, this looks like a race to the price floor.
My guess: winners bundle latency guarantees, compliance and local data residency. Do you see any provider pulling ahead on that?
@nikitabier This is why I tell every business I advise to set a callback rule now: never act on an inbound call, hang up and dial the known number. Plus a family "safe word."
Low-tech, nearly free, and it beats a perfect voice clone.
Should banks push this to customers by default?
@theo Best explainer on this yet. From the business side, the harness is also where trust lives: permission scopes, logs, an undo path. Clients don't buy the smartest model, they buy the one they can audit.
Do you think harnesses split into dev-first vs ops-first?
@AravSrinivas This is the unlock for regulated clients. Most AI talks I have with businesses in India stall at "where does our data go?" On-device answers that in one line.
Curious: what's the main use case you're seeing, routing, moderation, or go/no-go checks?
@garrytan The hardest line in Podium's post isn't the $150M. It's that they had to rebuild how they sell and serve, not just the product.
Most incumbents bolt AI onto the old org chart. That's the real moat for AI-native teams.
Who else has pulled off a restart like this?
@Bencera Congrats Ben, wild curve. Curious about those first 12 weeks: what did you still do by hand before the agents could take over? That's the part most founders want to skip.
@arahul2k2 ๐ Akhil from Kerala. I run a few ventures and do tech consulting, mostly figuring out where AI actually saves time for real businesses. Always up for swapping notes with builders here.
Hot take: 12,700 US tech pros moved back to India in JanโSep 2026 (Xpheno data). That's not a setback, it's India's next startup wave loading.
People who've shipped at scale + lower costs + AI tools = founders.
Would you hire one or back one?
Most people use AI like a search engine. The real shift happens when you use it like a junior team member: give it context, a role, and a deadline. Same tool, 10x the output.
