@airvistara the ticketing counter at Kolkata Airport at 8:30am was shut for 20 mins at least (I got there at 8:30) and it opened at 8:50 or so because Mr Deepak was on a bio-break !!

@airindiain I am 6’ and no legroom on the A320 NEO. And no seat back pocket to keep small items except a slim magazine holder. Tray table opens at an awkward angle making it uncomfortable for tall people. Something to keep in mind whenever fleet seating is changed.

@DelhiAirport the new pick up point from the multi level parking is a terrible idea - complete confusion, utterly chaotic and unnecessary. If u want to increase ur parking revenue - make it more affordable and not this crap
