@nxwestmidlands Despite efforts, delays on Route 74 remain a big issue—30-40 mins with no bus, then 5 show up at once. School runs seem to be the cause. Can we prioritize buses during peak school hours (8-9 AM & 3-4 PM) to improve frequency? These delays shouldn’t be happening.
