I wish i could abuse @oneassist_in for the amount of mental harassment they have given us in the past 5-6 months. They try to look good by telling its resolved but they don’t do shit.

Do not order from @Flipkart @flipkartsupport especially with the warranty of @oneassist_in . Not sure how flipkart is working with such fraud companies . 5-6 months of follow ups and no resolution from their team but on social media to keep their image clean they end up saying we have resolved and close the escalation. What a fraud one assist is damn. Mentally harrassed and have wasted so many hours of us. Not ordering anything electrical from flipkart anymore

Can you tell me what resolution your team gave? They just said the parts are not available so we cannot do it and you have to purchase yourself and pay and then get behind you for refund. Instead your team can get the parts and get it fixed instead of putting us in the loop of refund. Why do we have to pay when we paid extra for warranty

@RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva Train no: 11311 was showing it would reach by 5:11 to yelahanka based on tracking and then you end up stopping in random station. I left home from 30km away early thinking the train would arrive early but this is an unwanted stop at doddballapur when train could have reached YNK earlier. We end up waking up early to pick our family only to know the train is stopped in a station thats not even a stop. Pathetic. @RailMadad @SWRRLY

@Flipkart you should think about your warranty tie ups as @oneassist_in has been a harassment as we have been chasing them since March and yet to get our tv fixed. They have caused us a serious harassment mentally and not fixing our problems at all. We need refund of the warranty money we paid you as its useless.

@IndiaFilings Nothing is being resolved since 3 days i am asking to share a GsT invoice for all the services paid to my account manager Satterjith and he doesn’t bother to even respond. Absolute unprofessional

Very strategically @IndiaFilings resolved my issue and asked me to remove my old tweet but after that they ended up bringing in new things and i almost ended up paying 1 Lakh plus. Initially they said everything thats needed for business will be covered but their real strategy is to make money by telling few important things later when you have no other option but make the payment. For anyone starting a business would recommend you to consult a known finance advisor and then go for it. Now last week when the account manager said everything is covered a new person calls and tells TDS filing is missed and you have to pat 16k more. This is such a scam and i regret but there’s no other option than using India filings as they already have created everything and it was paid . Wouldn’t advise this company for anyone else
