Complaint:Place:Kallappally(vlg)#kasaragod (dist)#Kerala .@BSNL_KL took 1year 11month for only installation of @BSNLCorporate tower, though the tower installation is done before 4month, it’s still not commissioned for public use which is impacting more than 150 student.

From last 2 years this is the situation of Kallappally people's who are waiting for BSNL network, hoping that you will make solution to our problems. I believe that you know the importances of the network at current situation in India.
