@aman_kharbas I aggressively AGREE to this! Finding ways to nurture myself in becoming a future superhero has made ME literally forget what my inner-self is shouting out to me. I (or We) ain’t understanding that what truly matters is What One Is Ignoring has to be Taken Care Of.#selfawareness
What is the biggest reason for misery in the modern world?
Our world today is full of problems that can lead to emotional and psychological suffering. We are overloaded with stress and responsibilities. Many of us feel overwhelmed and at a loss of what to do to improve our situations.
I think the biggest contributor to this is the lack of self-awareness. There is a huge disconnect from ourselves that hinders our ability to understand our own needs and feelings, let alone those of others. We’re so busy worrying about the surface level obstacles we face: like job deadlines, financial obligations, and other demands of everyday life, that we forget to focus on developing an inner understanding of what we truly need.
This leads to feelings of frustration, resentment, and disappointment as we struggle to keep up with our commitments, find peace within ourselves, and build meaningful relationships with others. Despite our best efforts, it can feel like our lives lack purpose and meaning.
The solutions to these problems lie in developing a better understanding of ourselves. We need to take time for self-reflection in order to figure out what’s causing us distress and what we can do to alleviate it. This could involve journaling, talking to a therapist or trusted friend, doing something creative or physically active, or taking a break from technology. I have personally find painting and baking to be therapeutic in the ways I never expected !
Living an examined life can help us establish balance within ourselves as well as in our relationships with others. It can also help us identify our unique talents and strengths that will drive us toward reaching our goals.
It’s like taking a bird’s eye view of our own life, and it’s amazing!
So let’s all strive to take control of our lives by investing in ourselves.
@ravaakumra2@ChouhanShivraj These parents are not worthy to be called parents. They are ruthless and highly insensitive. They are brutal and they deserve the same treatment they give to their daughters.
