"Yes, it tastes awful.
Yes, it feels bad.
But everyone who's everyone
spends their time in here."
Because everyone they think of
spends their time in here,
as far as they can see
through the smoke they blow.
Since today is the first Monday of the year where you got more sun, I thought I should remind you: you also had to wake up earlier.
Don't fight for permanent DST. Fight for a shorter work day.
@Walgreens This workaround seems to suggest that your 2-dose appointment system is coded so that it requires both doses to be scheduled at the same location (as locationIds is set for the Dose 2 API call). Maybe that's by design, but worth rethinking in light of user frustration.
This link shows you how to fix the “2nd dose not available” bug in the walgreens site, so you can actually book a 2-dose appointment: https://t.co/FgeExkMaiq
@phette23 https://t.co/tE936kdBmu might be a start for fonts that have the necessary code points. Also, if you have the leeway (and only need two characters tied), I found that u+0361 sometimes renders the tie much better. e.g. sovetski͡a
And for those of you who really want that extra hour of sunlight, I have an alternate, more progressive solution for you. Seven (or even six!) hour work days. With the commensurate increase of minimum wage, natch
Imagine the Morning People win and you have to get up one hour earlier every morning so that you can leave work early. That's what permanent Daylight Saving Time is.
The sky was grey with smoke as I passed homeless camps and dozens of people wearing fashionable breathing masks. Never has the present dystopia been more evident.
As worldwide, the cults of fascists grow
I only hope that it's still not too late
To have us in the States unite and show
America rejects its alt-right hate.
And so, please make the powerful take note.
You have a voice. Be heard. Go out and vote!
@dodgepong@briangcronin Yeah, I got pretty into it growing up. I already own all of the games twice (physically and on Steam) and I have the books, so I just couldn't justify buying the linking book. Gonna be honest though, it was tough.
