But when things go wrong, the support system fails.
Hosts shouldn’t be allowed to arbitrarily cancel and threaten guests — and guests shouldn’t have to pay the price for a host’s misconduct.

Imagine arriving with your kids, unpacking everything, settling in and suddenly, after ONE night, being kicked out without reason.
We had to find another place last minute, paying an high price because it was peak season.
It was total chaos and a traumatic experience for us. 💔
