Having setups, laying traps, pathing, zoning, etc is skill imo, and a survs ability to sniff out traps, reject pressure/zoning during chase, countering setups/builds, is also skill. Both are also game knowledge

If they cost, say, 100k less, maybe it would be worth it to flip, but buying a shitty house at up to 300k and having to upgrade it just to sell at a net loss… and don’t even get me started on interest rates!!

@Mikegager1974 @mammaespicy @unusual_whales KY is so gentrified, even a shitbox is 250k. Crime rates in these areas are only increasing, which drives the resale even lower. Not to mention the money you’d have to dump into these houses to make them habitable- cheap homes in KY don’t have AC, heat, a good roof/foundation
