The moment President Tinubu arrived in Ogun State to commission several projects earlier today.

Some of the projects to be commissioned include;

1- The Gateway International Airport, Iperu.

2- Unveiling of Gateway Air and newly acquired aircrafts.

3- Distribution of thousands of Electric Bikes (EV Bikes) following the successful Phase I & II pilot launch.

4- The 30MW Independent Power Plant at Onijanganjangan, near Ewekoro, conceived and completed by Governor Dapo Abiodun.

5- Key road projects:
•Ilishan–Iperu Road (Ikenne LGA)
•Sagamu–Iperu–Ode Remo–Sapade Road (Old Sagamu–Ibadan Expressway, Phase 3)
•Gateway International Airport Road.

6- The fully reconstructed Old Ibadan Road (to be renamed Bola Ahmed Tinubu Expressway).

7- Distribution of Agricultural Equipment, including tractors to farmers.

8- 85 brand new security vehicles

9- Deployment of new ambulances to strengthen the Ogun State emergency response fleet

10- The Nigeria Customs Service Customs Village and Forward Operating Base (FOB) — FG projects

I have postponed my trip to Iperu, Ogun State. My first duty at this moment is to stand with the people of Plateau.

I will be in Jos to commiserate with families who have lost loved ones and to reaffirm that those who seek to spread fear will not prevail. We will continue to strengthen our security response and ensure that justice is done.

From Plateau, I will proceed to Lagos to observe Good Friday, and then continue with scheduled engagements in Ogun, Lagos, and Bayelsa focused on infrastructure, trade, and economic growth.

In moments of grief, we must stand together. In moments of progress, we must keep building.
