Except there is any intelligence of a stolen vehicle or goods being moved early in the morning, I don't see any reason why Police officers will use their Hilux to block half of the road, stop vehicles on the street by 6am causing traffic, in the name of checking car papers, disrupting free flow of traffic and hindering those of us driving to work early in the morning.
They are on Ajiboye street by Kazeem junction right now and they do this every morning.
