I just saw a teenager with sickle cell disease already battling CKD and surviving on haemodialysis.
Yet somewhere out there, two AS partners are planning marriage and calling it โlove.โ
Love without sense is not romance , it is gambling with innocent lives.
May God scatter that relationship before another child is sentenced to lifelong suffering.

PLAB Vs CaRMS.
Alright, letโs break this down cleanly. Think of CaRMS vs PLAB like two totally different roads leading into different countriesโ medical systems.
PLAB (UK)
PLAB IS an exam.
Itโs the UKโs pathway for IMGs to prove your clinical ability is equivalent to a UK graduate so you can get GMC registration.
CaRMS is NOT an exam.
Itโs Canadaโs national residency matching system. You apply, interview, rank, and hope to match.
