the reason y’all think it’s rita and not stella is really typecasting. the first two people that come to mind, genevieve & omotola, had that “bad bitch” screen persona, and rita fit that character archetype too. stella was typecast very differently, more of the good girl, good wife, softer character, which is why y’all think she sounds out of place referring to herself as part of the big three.

but she really was one of them, especially before the africa magic era. during the tape and vcd era, stella was that girl
