@WestJet incompetence and abysmal customer service.. a thread - scheduled to fly from London Heathrow to Calgary Sunday 1st on WS19, delayed from 14h10 to 15h10, to 16h10 to 17h10 and cancelled around 5pm due to air conditioning fault.. plane flown empty back to Calgary with crew

@WestJet @HeathrowAirport @0615 ..then decides the 18h45 flight is full and after a brief exchange disappears. The entire experience was abysmal but they don’t seem to care and their behaviour doesn’t matter, customers have limited choices and will just keep on turning up despite these horrible experiences…
