Allah you are Al-Afūw (العفو), Al-Kareem (ٱلْكَرِيمُ). You love to forgive, so forgive us too.
A forgiveness that completely erases sins down to their roots, wipes them away, makes them vanish. Even the angels who recorded those sins are made to forget what they wrote. 🤍
My Ustadh told me something one evening that completely shifted the way I viewed hardship.
We were talking about setbacks - missed opportunities, closed doors, things that just didn't go our way. Someone had just shared how they didn't get into a job they're really passionate about. You could see the weight in their voice. Disappointment laced every word.
That's when Ustadh said:
"You know the story of Musa and Khidr?"
We all nodded.
He said:
"Everyone loves the part where Khidr explains why he broke the boat, killed the boy, and rebuilt the wall. Because suddenly, the pain makes sense. The confusion becomes clarity. But do you realise something?"
He paused.
"Musa only got the explanation because it was a lesson. The people who owned the boat, the parents of that child, the town that rejected them-they never got told. They just had to live with what happened."
The room was quiet.
Then he said:
"Sometimes in life, you don't get the Khidr moment. You don't get to find out why something happened. You just get the qadr. The closed door. The loss. The silence. And your test is whether you can still trust Allah without needing the explanation."
He leaned forward and said:
"It's easy to have sabr when the story wraps up neatly. But the real test is:
Can you have tawakkul when you're still in the middle of the story?"
I remember sitting with those words long after the class ended.
Because we all wait for our Khidr moment, the point where everything makes sense. But sometimes, that moment doesn't come in this life. And still, we are asked to trust.
If you find a woman who's okay with having a gender segregated wedding and NO music (instrumental) or dancing at your wedding then hold on to her for life, like a rare piece of jannah for you these days
6/ True peace comes when you hand over both your past and your future to Allah.
Stop carrying what you were never meant to carry.
Let Allah be your refuge.
Your soul will rest when it trusts the One who never leaves.
1/ The body takes pleasure in the present.
But the soul? It’s tied to the past and the future.
That’s why healing your soul means more than just “living in the moment.”
You have to make peace with yesterday and trust tomorrow to Allah.
5/ Allah says:
“whoever puts their trust in Allah, then He ˹alone˺ is sufficient for them.” (65:3)
Tawakkul isn’t just a concept. It’s a lifeline.
You don’t have to know what’s coming—just know Who’s in control of it.
He who walks toward knowledge,
walks toward Allah.
Every answer, a reminder.
Every discovery, a return.
“Whoever follows a path to seek knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise.” (Sahih Muslim 2699a)
Chase knowledge like water in the desert. Let it humble you. Let it guide you. Let it bring you back to Him.
˹O Prophet,˺ “Are those who know equal to those who do not know?” (Qur’an 39:9)
The first word revealed was not pray, nor fight, nor give, but read. Because hearts awaken
when minds do.
“Read, ˹O Prophet,˺ in the Name of your Lord Who created-” (Qur’an 96:1)
[Day 4/7] Falling in Love with Allah 🤍
The test isn’t punishment.
It’s proof.
He tests who He loves.
“Indeed, Allah loves those who are patient.” (Qur’an 3:146)
[Day 1/7] Falling in love with Allah 🤍
You weren’t created to chase people, things, or approval.
You were created to know Him.
To love Him.
وَمَا خَلَقْتُ ٱلْجِنَّ وَٱلْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ
“I did not create jinn and humans except to worship Me.” (Qur’an 51:56)
[Day 3/7] Falling in love with Allah 🤍
You didn’t find Him.
He chose you.
“Allah has made faith beloved to you and beautified it in your hearts.” (Qur’an 49:7)
