A friend gifted me a boAt headphones. I didn’t use them immediately, but when I finally tried them, the multifunction button wasn’t working at all — even though the headphones were powering on.

If a basic function like a button stops working within the warranty period, how can you just deny service and return it without any proper resolution? Honestly, this is frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend if this is how you treat your customers.

Since the product was under warranty, I raised a replacement request. But instead of fixing the issue, boAt simply sent the product back, claiming it was “physically damaged.” That’s completely unacceptable.

@airtelindia raise request on 6 Jun for internet change on new location, which was promised to resolve in 48 hrs but after 72 hrs I AM still waiting... Pathetic service by Airtel and very poor response from customer care
8 hours has been passed but issue not resolved yet. Worst support experience from so called top company. Closing affected due to your negligence in all 3 locations

@airtelindia facing issue in business internet line from 9 AM. RM Rahul Kumar never pick our phone. Customer care told us our line suspended because of non payment but we already paid before due date. Every time new executive pick call & assure us to close call within 4 hours.1/2

@raghav_chadha but Vasant Kunj flats are in your jurisdiction & still piped water or even tankers not reaching 1214 flats of E1 DDA Flats despite each flat paying a huge amount to @DelhiJalBoard forced to use water from underground havin TDS above 900. Please solve our problem 🙏
