The ambulance service @akisemsas in Akwa Ibom State is free of charge and can be accessed by calling the toll-free numbers: 08000022322, 08000022422.
Patients receive free treatment for up to 48 hours after being picked up by the ambulance and taken to the hospital.
After staying for two days, any major surgeries or operations performed within this time will also be free of charge. Payment is required only after this initial 48-hour period, if necessary.
