Do not waste your appeals, if you do make an appeal, ask them exactly what caused the ban, usual rants go to AI and your appeal will be denied within 12 hours.

@Grrted I know this was necessary but alot of innocent accounts have been banned as a result. By their own numbers they are unable to categorise the rest 8k accounts properly.
1 KDR this season and .7 throughout the career and I am still banned.

Update: Logitech G PRO X2 “Superstrike” account is unbanned after Respawn confirms ban was an error

Players say similar bans have occurred for months in Apex and Battlefield

• “Gameplay enhancement” listed
• No clear reasoning provided
• Appeals reportedly denied by automated system

Some may be legitimate bans. Others may not get the same treatment or have a platform to be heard. The Logitech case appears to have been reviewed after public attention.

The only reason listed in my account export is:
“COMPETITIVE_ADVANTAGE” while on account it says gameplay enhancement.

There’s no further explanation or evidence provided.

Timeline from my EA data export:

• Feb 13 – I purchased the Season Battle Pass
• Feb 17–18 – normal in-game currency transactions
• Feb 20 – permanent ban applied

I have been playing since 2018 - clean record.

@HYPERMYSTx I am still banned for this, is there anything happening regarding this issue? My account was 8 years old and was worth around $500. All my appeals are getting rejected.

Idk, my account was banned on 20th feb and next day I found out they've pushed a new update that bans all of these cheating devices.

I am on PC, there seems to be a number of people affected recently. There are a lot of people on this forum claiming the same Gameplay Enhancement Ban
