ive been eating less and less & ny daily schedule is js getting worse. wake up in the afternoon after oversleeping, go on my phone for a bit, dont eat, take a shower & sleep again, wake up to stay up at night til 5-7am to sleep, oversleep, and repeat.
havent ate in 25 hours now. i literally js keep oversleeping & get too lazy 2 get up & js keep sleeping thru the day and only get up to shower & js go on my phone. wow i think im gonna oversleep again who khows
