@Paytm serious concern, bought a new fast tag for a new car and this morning got a msg that is blacklisted. app says fast tag use at lucknow toll for 590 rupees while am in Delhi, tag is not even pasted on the car. Cst care is asking to pay the amount and initiate a refund.
