@airindia Due to your nonsense rules which doesn't makes sense, i paid money for the returning flight but cannot board since have not board the first flight

I had booked a return ticket, due to medical emergency I took another flight from one side of another Airlines, now while returning I am not allowed to board the return flight, airindia is saying you have not started journey so cannot board. @airindia @AirIndiaX @DGCAIndia

@airindia My last flight with air india. Will never book air india again and will ask my friend and family members to avoid air india worst flight experience, I had medical emergency due to which i had take another flight and now returning also another flight instantly and so expensive

@airindia Thank you for the trouble, it would be great if you would have notified your rule when customer is no show that you cannot board return journey, so i would have handled things differently
