FPBM — yeah, you know what the F stands for…
https://t.co/XJ3lyo9D71 is here. 💊
The middleman era in pharmacy benefits is ending.
We built https://t.co/XJ3lyo9D71 as the clean, transparent replacement for the old PBM model.
🚫No more hidden spread pricing. 💰
🚫No more restrictive formularies that put rebates over patients. 📋
🚫No more prior authorizations that delay care. 🥼
🚫No more steering patients away from their trusted local pharmacy. 🏥
https://t.co/XJ3lyo9D71 delivers what the system actually needs:
👩⚕️ Real clinical oversight that protects patients without burying doctors in paperwork
😇 True cost management through 100% pass-through pricing and flat fees only
💪 Strong eligibility and compliance controls — done right, without the games
The “F” in FPBM stands for Freedom — freedom from the old playbook that has driven up costs for patients and employers for decades. We know what the F actually stands for. 😜
This is the post-PBM future. 🔮

I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to be interviewed on Thursday, March 5, 2026 by Richard Gentry, Co-Director of the University of Mississippi Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Our conversation was centered on my career and life lessons. It was a privilege to share parts of my professional journey, business background, and the work we are building today through Knight Family Office portfolio (Gaines Family Farmstead, Xela Domains, API Wholesaler, etc…) with University of Mississippi - School of Business Administration students.
In this excerpt from the 20+ minute interview, I discuss Help Memphis (https://t.co/Oc6FRybeaQ) and the mission behind it. Help Memphis is especially meaningful to our family, and I was thankful for the chance to highlight how purpose-driven ideas can grow into something that impacts the community in a real way while building and managing it like a start-up business.
Thank you again to Richard Gentry, University of Mississippi, and University of Mississippi Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the invitation and for creating opportunities like this for students to hear real-world experiences from entrepreneurs and business leaders.
It was an honor to contribute to the conversation and connect with the next generation of Ole Miss business students.

Today was a special day for Help Memphis (https://t.co/Oc6FRybeaQ).
We installed three new diaper pantries at Porter-Leath locations serving families across Memphis — in Memphis, Frayser, and Orange Mound.
📍 2869 Park
📍 3060 Baskin
📍 4207 American Way
Each pantry was stocked with diapers (sizes 2–5) and baby wipes, providing essential support for parents with young children.
One of the things we’ve learned through the Help Memphis journey is that diapers are one of the most requested — and least donated — essentials for families. They’re expensive, they can’t be purchased with SNAP benefits, and when a family runs out, the impact is immediate.
These small cabinets may look simple, but they represent something powerful:
➡️ Community helping community
➡️ Neighbors supporting young families
➡️ A reminder that small acts of generosity can meet real needs
I’m incredibly proud of Jack, who started Help Memphis with a simple idea — make it easier for families to get help when they need it.
Seeing new pantries go up and knowing they’ll support parents and babies across Memphis is pretty special.
Every pantry makes a difference.

I’m incredibly proud of my son Jack today! Today, he took another meaningful step with Help Memphis (https://t.co/Oc6FRybeaQ) by adding a new community pantry stocked specifically with diapers and baby wipes at Porter-Leath’s Beth and David Pickler Early Childhood Support Center.
This addition addresses a real need Jack learned about—many families rely on early childhood programs for support, and having accessible essentials like diapers right there can make a huge difference in helping little ones stay comfortable and cared for throughout the day.
Porter-Leath has been a cornerstone in Memphis for generations, dedicated to empowering children and families to achieve a healthy, optimal, and independent lifestyle. Their vision is to lead in helping children and families succeed, guided by core values that include valuing all people, earliest intervention, safest environments, teamwork, integrity, professional development, and doing what they say. Their early childhood programs provide critical support, education, and resources to build stronger futures for kids and parents alike.
Jack’s initiative through Help Memphis continues to grow, inspired by the Little Free Pantry model but tailored to combat food insecurity and now expanding to baby essentials in partnership with amazing organizations like Porter-Leath. It’s a reminder that compassion and action from young people can create real change in our community.
So grateful to see Jack’s heart for service in action—proud dad moment! 🙌

@mcuban If “lesser of” logic is applied and rate is lower than U&C, it should absolutely already be applied to deductible.
Issue is always U&C vs true “cash” price, as well as how the pharmacy adjudicates it at point-of-sale.
U&C manipulation is a problem.

As a proud dad, I couldn’t be more thrilled to see my son Jack featured in the February 2026 issue of Collierville Living! At just 11 years old, Jack has turned his passion for helping others into real action by founding Help Collierville (https://t.co/h0LS4g6Jo3) and Help Memphis (https://t.co/Oc6FRybeaQ) —community pantries providing free, no-questions-asked access to non-perishable food and essentials for families in need.
Jack’s story, “Help Collierville: Caring Enough to Start,” highlights how a young mind can tackle big issues like food insecurity right here in Shelby County. From researching the concept to partnering with local businesses like The Mercantile Off Main, he’s shown incredible initiative and heart.
This isn’t just about one kid’s project; it’s a reminder that small acts of kindness can inspire real change. If you’re in the area, check out https://t.co/h0LS4g6Jo3 or https://t.co/Oc6FRybeaQ to learn more, donate, or get involved.
Kids like Jack are the future leaders we need. What’s one small step you’re taking to make a difference?
Thanks Hayes Hora!
