I am hiring up to 2 PhD students immediately to work on Dept. of Defense related research in metal Additive Manufacturing. U.S. persons only. If interested please contact me.
I am looking to fill 2 PhD positions in my group at @RowanRCE. Expertise in experimental and computational mechanics are required. Applications will be related to additively manufactured metals. If interested please send me ([email protected]) your CV or resume.
I wanted to share the Inspiring work of Prof. Kavan Hazeli (my first PhD student at @DrexelEngr) at the University of Arizona focusing on engineering education for visually impaired students. Truly remarkable work: https://t.co/Ffo6kDtYtd
The Theoretical & Applied Mechanics group at @DrexelEngr was well represented in the US National Congress of Theoretical & Applied Mechanics this past week at UT Austin where my students Sarah Malik and Vignesh Perumal, as well as myself delivered 5 talks!
Thank you @SWalkerDrexel and Dr. Tang for highlight this collaboration between @DrexelEngr and Brandywine Photonics to develop a technology that integrates precision sensing and advanced computing that leverages deep learning.
We are the Dragon Ventilator Project. We designed an automated, IoT-integrated, portable and adjustable ventilator. We want to get it approved and mass-manufactured. Collaborate with us to make this happen.

Our research on turning the use of multispectral, non-contact and full field testing & evaluation methods into a common practice for Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) just made the front cover of ASNT’s Materials Evaluation May 2018 Issue. Read it here: https://t.co/k0m5yRt72H
Dani Liu from my research group (Theoretical & Applied Mechanics Group) successfully defended her PhD dissertation on a new framework for simulating the mechanical behavior of knitted textiles. This is a great step to address similar computational needed for 3D-printed materials.
