3 weeks of unresolved issues is not a mistake but an intentional oversight

4/5 On April 20, I subscribed again because I had urgent work and the compensation was inactive.
Since then till now May 11 (3 WEEKS), there has been no internet at all
Router shows Power and WiFi green
PON is blinking green
Internet light is completely off
3/5 On March 2, I renewed my subscription while expecting the compensation
It never came
After expiry on April 2nd, the internet stayed on for about 48 to 60 hours even across outages, then completely stopped
2/5 Connection was unstable and anytime there was a power outage or router restart, it could take hours or days to return
After multiple complaints, it was eventually fixed
I was told I qualified for compensation and I requested it

I paid Jan 31, installation was Feb 2
From then till Feb 25, I barely had usable internet for up to 4 to 5 days
