hey friends and strangers!
i didn’t want to go public about this in the early stage, but here we are.
me and my team are building smth interesting — a project called Overhedge. it’s a trading app, not a dperp or anything like that, and it won’t have public access (at least not in the near future). but we’d love to have people following along as we share updates. and yeah, we might consider potential investors later on.

here is one more. another high-severity finding closed.
1. never listed as known issue
2. never been fixed
3. no way to de-duplicate this
terrible experience
@immunefi
Guys, what is going on with this rule?
It was susp for me even the first time, but now I have one report "closed" for no reason, and your team is actually incorrect. Why do I have to pay $250 for this?
Of course, it is very convenient:
- The project gets a free report (even without escalation, I see the whole project team joined)
- Immunefi gets $25 for submission and asks for $250 more
- I spent weeks detecting this high-severity bug and got nothing.
Even in your docs, it says I can reopen the case or add a comment. There is nothing for me right now.
I think I'll look into other bug bounty aggregators. Terrible experience
hi
it’s been a run and it is still going
#overhedge
i haven’t written here for a while. feels like we did a ton of work, but at the same time we still don’t have a running production. why? scope creep is 95% of it, 5% is human factor.
where are we?
• #lighter, #backpack are working stably
• #ethereal is disabled until we can move to #meredian. as soon as we do, we add it to SOW2 and integrate urgently
• backtesting engine is done and successfully ran on 51d of data
• 51d of data takes us around 3d to pre-process and then around a couple of hours to run tens of different configurations
• backtesting calibration was not done. can it be done now? only between backpack<>lighter
• team is working really hard (sow2) on closing some gaps and integrating #extended, #nado, #risex
• we decided to go into production testing with backpack<>lighter. does it make much sense? yes, we’ll be able to observe more issues that could be hidden under long-running trading
• sow3 will be about decision making engine (multicoin, multiexchange hardening, taker strategy)
• lighter robinhood looks good, we’re investigating if we can quickly add it
also some insights:
• idk, a weird thing, but i just noticed that running aws lightsail as a base for agentic development is damn expensive. moved to netcup for 3x lower price with x4 more cpu

#prv
it’s a no-name project, a small and simple one. a tool to help track vacations and days off. yea yeah, i know. there are plenty of tools like that. but there are at least 3 diff reasons why we are doing it:
• agentic development and building a real ai-first company. many companies do “give devs a limit and let them work as they did 5y ago but with chat” + “ask for much higher performance”. i always saw it as total crap, old flows will never work. i personally think many companies will realize it in the next couple of years. but ofc there are teams that did it already.
• really interested in starting to learn gtm strats, marketing, etc.
• competitors are really expensive for small teams, plenty of space to offer a better price
it is not the only small project we have, but others are either paused or have no devs attached to them.

#outsource
i was contacted about one project to cover with my team. sadly, that did not work out. upwork is on pause right now just because of me. no specific reason, i think it is just a lack of time or energy

#crypto
the market looks dead, but i’m pretty sure it is not. the most interesting thing for me now is lps on evm.

of course i’m a bit tired right now and i feel like i need a bit of rest. i’m going to kyiv next week and i’ll have several days of vacation. hopefully i will recharge and get back stronger and with more energy.
i know i did not dedicate enough time to myself over the last nine months and it’s time to dedicate a bit more. and i’m not even talking about things like sport or anything. i’m talking more about having some mind reset, health checks, and things like that.
in other words, time to touch a bit of grass
After reviewing the Terminal data, we’ve decided to conclude the season early, and sunset our Terminal program.
The points distribution for Week 3 has gone out as normal and a snapshot has been taken of all user activity up to this point, which will be used in our final calculations. This decision did not come easy, but we believe this is what’s best to support our ecosystem.
Next week, we'll run a supplemental points distribution to thank all users who have been exploring and experimenting with the different apps throughout the program.
Eligible Terminal participants will receive a share of the rewards pool in USDM, based on the points accumulated to date as well as activity that supported Mega.
Early next week, we'll open a place on Terminal for one week so you can designate a wallet address to receive your rewards.
Terminal’s main features will be merged with Rabbithole, transitioning everything into one unified chain experience.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us this far. We can’t wait to show you what we have in store.
A note from Shuyao on what’s next:
you have great traction on your application: good volume, good fees, and it all looks quite good.
@megaeth@worldmarketsinc
the application itself is definitely not ready for users. there is almost no functionality, and there are plenty of bugs, with many things not working or working much slower than on any other blockchain.
for me, that defeats the whole idea and the whole point of building this on the megaeth blockchain. we wanted to have speed, and there is no speed, so what's the point of building this? why would a user go to your application if they can go to hyperliquid or anything like that?
i have used all of the decentralized perpetual trading applications for the past three years, and i think i know what a good platform should look like. guys, put some effort into your application. you have good fees and good potential, but you are doing nothing to make it work.
i tested the application two weeks ago, a week ago, and now, and i see no changes.
you should hire me to help you make the product great.
i didn't know that @hitdotone are using worldsinc under the hood
imo worldsinc is overhyped. people are making volume just to earn points, the app itself is difficult to use.
and im not fadding, its just a honest truth.
i think i would need like 2 weeks to make it work 10x better.
