@SAS Thank you for your reply. Your link

redirects to https://t.co/GmER9N075q . Could you please clarify the interface to include a direct link to chat with customer service from a static help page as described in this series of 3 posts: https://t.co/AyoD1p7wCD

Right now you must input a question into "Ask us a travel-related question" and submit before a button appears. On the initial pageload, Ctrl+F (find via text) for "chat", "customer", or "service," does not show the "Need to contact customer service" link.
@SAS Hi, I am attempting to reach customer service. [email protected] results in a "Email delivery unsuccessful. Please use our Customer Claims form" message. The web interface shows an error message and redirect loop back to a defaced version of the page?
@SAS For reference, I eventually figured out that the "Need to contact customer service" is available via the search interface (eg: https://t.co/TprGIj98mg), which can become unavailable at any time since it is not a static page feature.

@SAS A more detailed view of the error message attached as an image below. There is a red bar which flashes for a moment with the text "mmb.message.3011051" and then disappears.
@SAS Sometimes I see another message which appears to be a 404 error page:
THIS PAGE IS IN "FLIGHT MODE"
We can't find what you're looking for. Why not use our site search or take a look on our start page.
To clarify, I input a valid 6-digit flight reference number and my last name, and the system briefly shows a red error that I cannot read and then redirects me back to the manage booking page. Does the system have a way to reach customer service in writing without a booking?
@SAS What is the best way to reach you? I cannot open a customer support case on your website without adding the booking locator which seems to not be functioning correctly at the moment. Thank you in advance for your assistance and have a great week.
@free Salut https://t.co/t0R16uMb8l, votre chatbot du service client est-il en défectueuse? Il me demande sans cesse de sélectionner Freebox ou Free Mobile, mais ignore ensuite mon choix.

@ALDIAustralia I really like that the Adventuridge soft shell coat uses a string made of straw-like material to attach the product information cardboard sheets instead of a plastic Garvey T tag. This way we can reduce plastic waste. Well done, and thank you!
