@DTDCIndia This is unacceptable! Shipment No: D3501995058 reached destination on 04/11/25 but still NOT delivered. No reattempt made despite daily calls to customer care (Ticket#22291122). Paid premium air tariff for urgent delivery — pathetic service and zero accountability!

@DTDCIndia @DTDCIndia It’s been 10 days now and the shipment (No: D3501995058) is still undelivered, lying at your Chakkan warehouse. The local franchise confirmed the delivery truck goes only once a week! Even after multiple complaints and escalation, no action taken. Totally unacceptable

@myvoltas SERVICE Request No 22080913421 dated 09/08/2022. 70 days have already passed. Issue not resolved yet. No one from Voltas have contacted me. All I have been given is hollow assurances. Very dissatisfied with Voltas. Worst customer service. @TataCompanies @myvoltas @jagograhakjago
