@lovyPrimzy1 I wish it was right because it does sound right. But in agreements of leasing, there is something called sub leasing. If the contract allows subleasing only then can someone lease part or full of the leased property to someone else without consent of the original lesser.
A big day for aviation enthusiasts in India as the 1st ex-@jetairways B777-300ER is set to depart Mumbai shortly.
Now registered as 2-TJEM on the Guernsey register (formerly VT-JEM), she will be ferried to Tel Aviv for freighter conversion.
I took this photo of her on Saturday.
@suritalreja HSBC is one of the worst when it comes to inter department communication. Their one deptt runs a campaign, all other deptt would be unaware of it. Customer is stuck in arguments. Not just offers, this is the case in T&Cs, process, SOPs. Too much outsourcing is the issue here
Not sure if it's true but just want to give some advice to job seekers. Founders never punish you for being a great performer. They punish you if you are frugal with your demands. Keep asking to match industry standards and if they don't, switch. We will try to save money 4ever!
I was forced to train an intern.
Spent 6 months teaching him everything I knew - every system, every client quirk, every shortcut I'd learned over five years.
They made him my boss yesterday. Double my salary. Everyone in the conference room stared, waiting for a reaction. I just smiled and congratulated him.
The next day, everyone froze when they opened my company-wide email.
It said, "Effective immediately, I will no longer be providing training, guidance, or assistance to management. My role description does not include mentoring supervisors."
HR called me into a meeting within an hour. My new boss looked panicked - he had no idea how to do half his job without me. Management tried to guilt me, saying I was being unprofessional and hurting the team.
But here's the thing. I'd been doing two jobs for years. Fixing everyone's mistakes. Staying late while others went home. And for what? To watch someone I trained get the promotion I deserved?
Now my boss keeps showing up at my desk with questions, and I redirect him to HR every single time.
The tension is unbearable. My coworkers are divided - some think I'm brave, others say I'm being petty.

This is called performance punishment.
You’re getting punished for being good at your job.
And here is the part that makes it worse.
When that promotion time comes around, they don’t promote you because you are too valuable exactly where you are.
“We can’t afford to move you. You’re doing the work of three people.”
So they promote the mediocre employee who has time to network and play politics because they are not buried under the workload that you created by being competent at your job.
So stop being the best performer — start being strategic.
Do your job well, but not exceptionally, because exceptional work gets you more work, not more money.
And if they want exceptional performance, they can pay exceptional rates.
Otherwise, you’re just working yourself into exhaustion while someone else gets your promotion.
@delhivery Just a feedback, recently updated package delivery tracking is just amazing in your app. Just the kind of tracking I expect from a world class development team. Keep it up.
@jasveer10 Don't ask the trainer, he will come up with some random number and then negotiate and come down. You will feel you've gotten a great price after the discount but in reality you would have been scammed by now. Big scam industry this personal trainer industry is today.
Man to man:
Never marry ANY woman until she passes these FIVE tests.
Most guys rush in blind, sign the papers and they regret it later.
These tests expose her true character BEFORE you lock in for life.

"Why does our top performer get the worst reviews?" the boss asked.
I was reviewing their annual performance data.
"Show me," I said.
She pulled up the ratings.
Diana: 2.8 out of 5.
Below average on "collaboration."
Low marks for "team player."
"What's her actual performance?" I asked.
"Exceeded every target.
Landed our biggest client.
Trained three new hires."
"So why the low scores?"
"Her peer reviews are dragging her down."
I scanned the comments.
"Too direct."
"Challenges ideas too much."
"Not supportive enough."
"Let me talk to Diana," I said.
"I used to give honest feedback," Diana told me.
"Said our pricing model was broken.
Got dinged for 'negativity.'"
"What happened with the pricing?"
"They finally fixed it six months later.
After we lost two major accounts."
"What else?"
"I questioned why we needed
eleven approvals for a simple contract change.
Manager said I wasn't being collaborative."
"Are you still giving feedback?"
"No. I learned my lesson.
Now I smile. Nod. Say everything's great.
My reviews are improving."
"But nothing's actually improving?"
"We're making the same mistakes.
Just with better vibes." She chuckled.
I went back to the boss.
"Your review system doesn't measure performance," I said.
"It measures compliance."
"That's not true."
"When was the last time someone
got promoted for challenging bad ideas?"
Silence.
"When did someone get rewarded for preventing a mistake?"
More silence.
"You've trained your best people to stay quiet.
And your mediocre people to stay nice."
A few months later, they redesigned the system.
Added a category: "Constructive Challenge."
Points for identifying problems early.
Rewards for preventing costly mistakes.
Diana got promoted.
"What changed?" I asked the boss.
"We stopped confusing agreement with alignment.
Stopped mistaking silence for harmony."
"And?"
"Turns out our 'difficult' people
were our most valuable.
They actually cared enough to speak up."
Here's the truth about performance reviews:
Most companies don't reward performance.
They reward performance theater.
The person who says the meeting was great
beats the person who says it wasted an hour.
The person who agrees with bad ideas
beats the person who prevents disasters.
You think you're measuring contribution.
You're measuring conformity.
And your best people?
They've already figured out the game.
They're just deciding whether to play it
or find somewhere that values truth over comfort.
HR smiled and asked,
“Why did you leave your last role?”
Gen Z paused. Then asked,
“What happened to the last person in this position?”
HR blinked.
“Excuse me?”
Gen Z continued,
“Did they get promoted, burn out, quit quietly… or just disappear?”
Silence.
HR adjusted in their seat and said,
“Well, the role has seen some… turnover.”
Gen Z nodded.
“That answers my question.”
That’s when HR realized something.
Gen Z doesn’t rehearse safe answers.
They interrogate the system.
Older generations were taught to explain exits.
Gen Z asks about patterns.
It’s not arrogance.
It’s risk assessment.
Gen Zs are running on a different operating system
@Aman_Rajx @sodashi09 @venom1s Ignore bro, she is just creating a scene. Her first reply was a clickbait and then she just continued because she wouldn't be seen as a feminist if she didn't reply.
@original_ngv Well see the kind of situation adobe is in right now. Their hiring strategy took them down just like TCS and Infosys. Would 100% agree to the one who told you skills matter more than the grades.
@HDFCBank_Cares Trying to update mailing address with aadhaar on my account but unable to do so as the registered number on aadhaar is different from the one with bank. Did this last year and it worked perfectly fine until the new netbanking interface launched.
