@CBSNewYork@NickJCaloway For the brides affected by the Art Factory's abrupt closing, a silver lining might be found at The Great Falls Center. https://t.co/8eolHe8ayb
We've been fielding calls, giving tours, and booking wedding ceremonies and receptions at our venue. Would love to share more with you!
@RepJoshG@OrtizGortiz1969@GovMurphy I’d be happy to chat with you about my experience with lighthouse and the value I’ve seen them add to our community.
@RepJoshG@OrtizGortiz1969@RepJoshG , it seems like you and your team chose not to research all of that which Lighthouse encompasses. I’d encourage you to reach out to their team to hear some stories, which I’m sure will inspire you even if you have idealogical or moral differences.
@RepJoshG@OrtizGortiz1969 On such a divisive issue, where attacks, insults, name calling, and accusations are hurled in both directions, Lighthouse gives me hope as they take care of folks in my community, even in the midst of nonsense like this.
@RepJoshG@OrtizGortiz1969 This is all done without discrimination or judgement, but radical acceptance and love. They are truly an anchor point for many families in their communities.
@RepJoshG@OrtizGortiz1969 They host free festivals open to all members of the community where they provide free family portraits, balloon animals, bounce house fun, and food. A large percentage of the families that that help have indeed made the hard choice of aborting their pregnancies
@RepJoshG@OrtizGortiz1969 They throw baby showers for new moms and track with them for years providing services along the way. The mentorship program helps connect their clients and their family members to job training programs and help them seek employment.
@RepJoshG@OrtizGortiz1969 I have many friends that have been the beneficiaries of Lighthouse. They provide necessities like diapers, formula, clothes, and strollers. More than that, they offer free treatment by licensed medical professionals, counseling services, and meals.
@PIX11News@PIXScott@KoriOnAir@TamsenFadal you had the location wrong for the story about EMT and Pastor tonight. It was at The Great Falls Center not the Art Factory.
Hey @PSEGNews, Servant’s Heart in Paterson hosted Camp Craftsman this week, where middle school campers learned all about the trades. They had to get utilities to all their houses in their “cities”, and this team gave you a shout out at their “power plant”!
