As @firstenergycorp routinely trims trees throughout the community to help prevent the impact of tree-related power outages, we collect a portion to feed our hoofstock & primate species daily. The sticks, leaves & buds are high in fiber & an important part of the animals' diet.

A snowy owlet hatched on 6/5 to parents Cirrus & Frost. Due to high temps, they are living indoors. We are hands off & the parents are taking good care of the owlet. Stay tuned on the owlet's debut.
