Purnia, Bihar- Mohammad Mofil worked in an Aadhar centre.
He had the Hindu woman’s contact number.

He entered into a romantic and illicit relationship with Puja Sharma, a married woman having a daughter. Puja Devi had been having disputes with her husband, who lived in Delhi.

The woman had left her husband and was living with the accused, Mohammad Mofil for the past three months. She wanted him to marry her but he was already married.
After an argument, Mohammad Mofil slit her throat and beheaded her. He also brutally murdered her two-year-old daughter, Anushka.

The headless body of the woman Puja Sharma was found near the Kalyanpur bridge on the Baijnathpur canal—under the jurisdiction of the Kamakhya Outpost (OP) within the Maranga police station area of ​​Kenagar, Purnia district.

The police have arrested the accused Mohammad Mofil, son of Mohammad Gholtu in connection with the case.

In Telangana, a dispute started over loud DJ music. The man complained to police. The very next day, a woman filed a Modi Act (also known as SC/ST Act) case against him.

According to the High Court record, his suicide note blamed 3 people for getting a false complaint filed against him.

Just 7 days after the FIR, he died by suicide.

What kind of constitutional justice allows an ordinary citizen to be crushed like this? If our laws and institutions can turn a minor local dispute into such a tragedy, then something is fundamentally wrong with the system.

Forget slogans about a developed India. First build a system where ordinary people are not destroyed by the laws supposedly meant to deliver justice. 😡😭
