@RuPay_npci @NPCI_NPCI I’ve been trying to reach your RuPay Select debit card helpline (+91 40-41891419) for days. Waiting 30+ minutes on hold with no answer. Please improve your customer support or provide an alternate contact. This is frustrating.

@RuPay_npci my rupay select debit card benefit of cult membership is showing invalid. The transaction is successful but on redemption page its showing invalid. Called support but nobody answered for 30 min straight.

@SBICard_Connect my credit card could not be delivered as I was unavailable, I called customer care and asked them to redispatch 2 weeks back still there is no communication whether its redispatches? Its been 3 weeks already!

@SBICard_Connect The card was dispatched on 15 Dec. still hasn’t reached. The tracking id says it has reached the nearest hub for 2 days. Whereas my bill is already generated for this card, strange. The card which I haven’t received let alone used, asking me to pay the bill by end of this month!

@TataAIA_Life my insurance payment is showing discrepancy. At one page it shows 52346 and when I click pay now it changes to 53553? Whats the reason? Please reply asap as the due date is tomorrow!
