Congratulations to every Amrapali #HomeBuyers as today SC approved the purchase of FAR in Amrapali. All issues with @OfficialGNIDA @noida_authority stans resolved. @OfficialNBCC will fetch around 1500 Crs, worries of projects being stuck over rather it will generate a surplus.

TH/Th buyers have started sending document verification emails.we request CRO office cnf when will start physical verification.towers B3/B4/B5/F9/F10 ready for possession,request to CRO office to do the physical document verification as soon as possible so that we can shift there

Delay in possession of #TerraceHomes and other #AmrapaliProjects is not done as #HomeBuyers have paid there dues in time and despite having various hardships. Those not paid, there units are cancelled or in process. I request @OfficialNBCC and Manoj Gaur to complete the project in time and amenities like Electricity Infrastructure. Delay is making HBs restless after a long drawn battle.
