@AmazonHelp @shsavat @prowriting I talked to your customer care through the link you provided to Amazon. They clearly refused to help me saying that they will not be able to help me and will neither refund nor return. Do whatever you want to do. I have the call recording which I am putting on Twitter.

[AKSHAY KUMAR @AkshayKumarUK]

@shsavat @AmazonHelp @prowriting I did not receive the parcel, but according to Amazon the parcel has been delivered. When I made an inquiry, I sent an email and did not get any reply after that. The service itself is bad and Amazon is now refusing to give a refund.

[AKSHAY KUMAR @AkshayKumarUK]

@amazonIN Now what is this, if I apply for a return then it is written that if there is any problem with the product then solve it yourself and get it repaired because the product is out of stock, it is a very good product, we will not take it back, solve the problem yourself

[AKSHAY KUMAR @AkshayKumarUK]

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @amazon @amazon @amazon Please send me the list in which I have placed many orders and asked for refund because as far as I know I have never done anything like this and I have records of everything. Then how can you people say that you have violated the rules by placing many orders

[AKSHAY KUMAR @AkshayKumarUK]

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @amazon i have not placed any order for the last two years and I have received all the orders I placed before this. Then how did you say that you have placed many orders just like that and complained about them?

[AKSHAY KUMAR @AkshayKumarUK]
