@BadgerFootball 2nd and 30 with 8 seconds left in the half. Ok, let’s run the ball and let the clock run out. No attempt to get the ball in the end zone. There is a fundamental disconnect with the play caller. How about getting the best Wisconsin high school play caller to fill in?!?!

[akshea @akshea1]

@BadgerFootball So the Badgers are holding the Huskies tight through the 2nd quarter. But the offense continues to be anemic. Run straight up the middle? Again and again. Disaster. Throw a pass down field? Apparently that’s not in the playbook. Uninspiring.

[akshea @akshea1]

@SeanWrightNBA At a minimum, let’s get someone else calling the offensive plays. The offense is so predictable and unimaginative. Same old same old week after week. Alabama, Maryland, Michigan, Iowa, Ohio State — no creativity. Predictable.

[akshea @akshea1]

@BadgerFootball C’mon Badgers. You’re not winning the Big10. You’re not going to the CFP. You’re not supposed to win this game. Get creative! Pull out all the stops!

[akshea @akshea1]

@BadgerFootball Can we please change the play caller? Uninspired and unimaginative. How many times are the Badgers going to try to run up the middle only to be shut down?!?!

[akshea @akshea1]

Coach Fickell, maybe it’s time to abandon your cool and calm demeanor, and light a fire under your team’s behind. How is it that Maryland comes into your stadium and is way more fired up for this game?!?! Your team looks like they were at Monday’s until 2 am and are hung over

@BadgerFootball

@latsondheimer Maybe the school of kickers, but the current situation is looking like a disaster. I hoped DeShaun Foster would be a welcome spark of youthful energy, but it’s not looking good. No chance of being competitive in the Big 10. We need more than a string a good kickers.

[akshea @akshea1]

@Outkick @dandakich @coachbrucepearl Bruce, stick to basketball. You haven’t been that good recently so double down on basketball. Lest any of your recruits realize what a jackass you are saying here.

@HalosAnonymous Arte Moreno is to baseball what Donald Sterling was to the NBA. Things looked positive a couple years ago when he was exploring a sale. Please, Mr. Moreno, cash out and go away

[akshea @akshea1]

@BillPlaschke Should they still be safe after the last 48 hours?

[akshea @akshea1]

@BruinReport The receivers weren’t separating from the defenders. Garbers was throwing into coverage all game. This is basic stuff. Mix it up and confuse the defense. Not an encouraging start.

[akshea @akshea1]

@AdamSchein Wouldn’t it be nice if Cris Collinsworth listened to the judicious color commentary of Troy Aikman, and changed his ways?

[akshea @akshea1]

@latsondheimer Fun memory from Ryan's junior year.

@latsondheimer Who was the top dog on in 1984?

[akshea @akshea1]

@SGVNSports Total choke by UCLA.

[akshea @akshea1]

@DamianCalhoun Choking.

[akshea @akshea1]

@OCSportsZone @TimBurtIrvine @fullertonhigh @James_Escarcega SHHS owned Fullerton in the 80s! Great to see the domination continuing!

[akshea @akshea1]

@AdamSchein That may be a stretch.

[akshea @akshea1]

@latsondheimer Boone pitched great in relief. Big kudos to Joey Frey who started for Loyola, went seven complete innings, struck out seven, and gave up one earned run. Heck of a battle.
