No longer renting from Redbox. I first started over 10 years ago when my wife was hospitalized. Now I've rented a disc for $37+ because it was misplaced and my family didn't know about it. (Neither did I but I'm 500 miles away.)

Anyway, they are not willing to work with the customer in any fashion on matters like that so when I encounter a company like that, I no longer offer them my patronage. CUSTOMER SERVICE is so important.
