@HiltonHotels @HiltonHelp PLEASE READ THIS: I rarely post complaints, but after multiple issues during my hotel Versey Chicago stay, including an unacceptable room, unprofessional treatment, and concerns about how I was treated, I’m sharing my experience.

And I wish the best and success for this Hotel Versey.

I appreciate Hilton and everyone who took the time to listen, respond, and help. I’m ready to put this experience behind me and move forward. Thank you.

I hate that things had to get to this point. I’ve worked in hotels before, so I understand the pressure hospitality staff can be under. I was never asking for anything extra, only the experience and basic service I paid for.

[Hr. @akuma94080]

UPDATE: Hilton responded very quickly to my complaint, and I want to thank the General Manager, Assistant Manager, the handyman, and especially the female team at Hotel Versey for listening to my concerns and making me feel heard and better about the situation.

Piens
