@pureevindia one year old epluto, battery failed in the middle of the road after 5 km with full charge, logged an issue in their online webform on Jan 2, 2023. Useless customer service and this company should be penalized for cheating the customers by selling defective products

It's Been 3 week pureev repaired battery failed in just 5 km in the middle of the road. Purchased one year before and Logged online complaint on Jan 2, 2023. Once the company called. Also filed a case in https://t.co/wmJSWIc460 that's it #worstCustomerService
