The BRGIE Charter is clear: if a Prime Minister becomes incapacitated for three months, Biafrans must elect a new Prime Minister in accordance with the law.

Today, Simon Ekpa is suing PM Nkere @Ogechukwunkere, BRGIE, Attorney Dabiri, Elias @EGerasouli35992, and even Biafrans themselves for doing exactly what the Charter requires.

Ironically, he once stated: "Irrespective of our differences, the Charter binds us." If the Charter binds us, then why attack those who are following it?

Biafra is not a family business. No individual is above the law, and no position belongs to anyone by personal entitlement. BRGIE is a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. Its legitimacy comes from adherence to its Charter, not from the wishes of any one person.

We followed the Charter. We followed due process. We followed the law.

If we have done anything wrong, point to the specific provision of the Charter that we violated. Until then, the facts remain unchanged: Biafrans acted according to the law, and the law must remain supreme.
