Dear @airtelindia I am a #AirtelBlack customer. I raised a request for upgrading my set top box on 06 Nov . However, it’s been almost a month and no action on the same.I also have contacted customer support but no luck. Request if the same can be addressed at the earliest.Thanks

@TheOfficialSBI I also contacted the customer care for help by providing me the telephone number of my home branch. However, they have a nonfunctional number on their records ( Br Code 7837) . They provided me the email ID on which I have sent a request and eagerly waiting for their response

@TheOfficialSBI I have my pension account with your bank. The bank has put a stop on my pension account, so I can’t withdraw my money. I am 81 year old & presently staying around 80 kms from my bank branch. I visited the local branch at Bhiwadi but they said they can’t help me.

@TheOfficialSBI It is to inform that the link provided by you does not have the desired option.However, after a long wait, I could manage to get my KYC updated. Challenge is not over, Br Mgr suggested that acct can’t be activated without personally visiting the home br. Which 100km from my place
