How terrible it would be to face a world of viruses, elections, injustices, persecutions, rioters, and untold suffering without the assurance that God is in control of all things and has a purpose in permitting them.

Look for situations today in which you can introduce the peace of God to those who may lack it—and be blessed for your efforts.

You cannot serve God and popular opinion.
You cannot serve God and people-pleasing.
You cannot serve God and immorality.
You cannot serve God and pride.
You cannot serve God and bitterness.
You cannot serve God and yourself.
Choose this day who you will serve.
Most of our earthly tears come from sorrow, grief, loneliness, and heartache. But there will be no such experiences in heaven. Imagine a home with no negative experiences - ever! That’s heaven, and that’s our home.

The planet you are standing on, the air you are breathing, and the body you inhabit all belong to the Lord Jesus Christ. Everything that exists belongs to Him because He is the Creator of all things.
The devil is not fighting religion. He's too smart for that. He's producing a counterfeit Christianity, so much like the real one that good Christians are afraid to speak out against it.
